Our home is located in the beautiful Rivermark community of Santa Clara. Our home consists of 2 bed / 2 bath, is located on the top floor, with access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and yoga room. We do offer an eco-friendly homemade laundry detergent for use during your stay, which I personally use at home and does a great job. Use the same amount as you would with traditional liquid laundry detergents. Also please do not discard the bottle so we can refill for other guests. We were visiting relatives in the Bay area and had two additional relatives stay with us for several days in the condo. The location is great. We enjoyed walking through the many nice streets in the Rivermark neighborhood. There is good shopping and many fine restaurants not far from the condo. It was easy to park in the garage and to drive to wherever we needed to go in the East Bay. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to use the pool area but it looked very nice. Casa de Alpaca was well described and we were comfortable and felt safe during our stay. ##### John W. The are 2 bedrooms with a split floorplan so allows for privacy. It was very clean and included all of the basic necessities for the kitchen. Beds and water pressure were excellent. Well lit, with plenty of windows and even a small balcony. Secure parking and entry. The location is close to both 101 and 17, although those wishing to spend most of their time in Los Gatos/Saratoga might want something a bit closer. We will definitely return. ##### Kenneth R.
