Our home is located in the beautiful Rivermark community of Santa Clara. Our home consists of 2 bed / 2 bath, is located on the top floor, with access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and yoga room. We do offer an eco-friendly homemade laundry detergent for use during your stay, which I personally use at home and does a great job. Use the same amount as you would with traditional liquid laundry detergents. Also please do not discard the bottle so we can refill for other guests. Apr 5, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### PLEASANT TWO WEEKS IN SANTA CLARA We are a "senior" couple who enjoyed two weeks at Casa de Alpaca. We were visiting relatives in the Bay area and had two additional relatives stay with us for several days in the condo. The location is great. We enjoyed walking through the many nice streets in the Rivermark neighborhood. There is good shopping and many fine restaurants not far from the condo. It was easy to park in the garage and to drive to wherever we needed to go in the East Bay. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to use the pool area but it looked very nice. Beautiful apartment in a prime location. Less than a 20 minute walk to Levi stadium and the convention center. Short drive to America park. The apartment was in pristine condition. Everything you could ask for was available. The directions Ivan provided for how to get into the parking garage and apartment were very clear and easy to follow.
