We had such a wonderful stay! Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The cleanliness was outstanding—our room was cleaned every day, we always had fresh towels, and the bathroom was spotless. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back, and whenever we’re in Santa Barbara again, we’ll definitely stay here. Five stars all the way! Highly recommended!

Very clean. Staff isn’t very friendly, especially the maids, they just stare at you. They never say hi. The hotel was just as described and pictured. Nice free breakfast. All in all, I am happy with my stay.

The property is outside city center about 10 minutes drive no restaurants in walking distance. The room is standard and clean. The breakfast was great and in abundance. I wish we could open the window to get some fresh air. The parking was good as well but with charges.

This hotel is decent, but the mattress was very flimsy and the bedding smelled a bit like bleach. The room was very spacious and it looked like the breakfast was nice. I think it's silly that they charge $10 to park there. There was a very strange electrical humming noise that started in the middle of the night and it woke me up.

We love the hotel. It was quiet. It was nice. Staff was nice. Love the free breakfast there too. It was your basics but they were good eggs, bacon, potatoes, hashbrowns, pancake, pancakes, and etc. but overall it was five stars for us.
