Very boutique feel! Resident cat was charming as were the twinkle lights around the pool. It was beautiful and staircase down to street was cool touch. Mosquitos were definitely a problem in August around pool/courtyard. Air conditioning was extra but well worth it. Room was very basic- lighting was dim and bulbs needed replacing and sink and shower did not drain. Breakfast was great but guests allowed their children to touch and put back rolls etc constantly and could have had more supervision.

Well located but uncomfortable
This hotel has a good location, friendly staff and a nice swimming pool but we weren't' comfortable there at all. The room was super tiny and extremely hot. It did not have an AC, which we knew but there was some big AC like machine in the room which took half of the space and was making a lot of noise not really providing any relief. In addition, there was a big hoe coming from the machine which went outside through the hole in the widow which meant that the window could not be opened so we were pretty much cooking inside. Couldn't sleep at all.

Really Nice stay in San Remo
Receptionist and concierge were very helpful. We arrived quite late but the concierge still managed to find us a space in the car park. Great location right in the centre of San Remo with excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean with measures in place with regards to Covid. Very convenient for everything San Remo has to offer.

A perfect find, would definitely stay here again
We had an amazing stay, 10/10! A lovely hotel, and staff are so friendly and helpful, we wanted for nothing whilst we were there. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from both the sea front and the town centre. Some reviews have mentioned that the hotel is up a hill, but really, this is absolutely fine. We were exhausted when we arrived, with bags and cases, yet still the hill was totally ok. Breakfast is lovely too, excellent quality and a good selection, and again, the restaurant staff were great. This hotel was a perfect find, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Hotel Principe :-)

This hotel feels like it got stuck in the eighties (and not in a good way). The room had only one available power outlet (far from the bed) several ants found roaming our room (4th floor!), mediocre breakfast, outdated decor...

Stayed 2 nights with 1 child in our group Booked roll out bed on expedia which was advertised as an option Emailed hotel direct before arrival to confirm request On arrival there was no roll out bed and the hotel do not have any! They where very helpful swapping one double for 2 single rooms and following day they separated a double into twin beds The advertised childrens pool does not exist! Very disappointed child in our group as this is very deep adult pool, this is not a hotel for children but a lovely hotel for adults Staff lovely and helpful but hotel rooms are in need of both repair and decoration but garden area is really great

Great San Remo location.
Stayed 2 wonderful nights here and wished we could have enjoyed San Remo longer. The hotel is located perfectly for sightseeing, shopping ang fooding. Great free parking and breakfast, and WiFi. Great comfortable room with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.

Nice hotel
This hotel is on a steep hill but it is very clean and convenient. Though the staff spoke little English they were helpful and polite. It is 100 metres away from the Casino, restaurants and shops and less than a five minute walk to the beach. It is in need of a little modernisation but our room was clean and quiet. There is only one English speaking channel on the TV but if like us you just use your room to sleep and shower this will not be a problem.

Handy location with good view of sea.
Great spot for strolling into town and car parking on site was handy. Good view from balcony, would certainly visit again. Short drive to Nice Airport.

Hotel Principe, San Remo.
This hotel is in a great location. All the attractions of this interesting city are in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and did their best to translate our requests. The hotel was clean and largely in good condition. The room was a good size let down only by the hair dryer. Ladies take your own! I would return to this hotel as it was the centre for a good holiday. PS. We thought one guy in particular was working very long hours until we realised that it was in fact two people. Identical twins!

Je n 'est pu me rendre à mon séjour dans cet hôtel, et oublier d' annuler ma réservation, donc j'ai eu le prélèvement d'une nuitée et c'est tout à fait compréhensible. Mais embêtant. Je recommande cette hotel car très professionnel et attentif à leur client.

Perfect location.
Very good location and close to Sanremo centre. Parking was available. Breakfast was OK, but could be better - maybe rewise the set-up and what you offer. Pool area was nice. Lokking forward to coming again.

Lorsque l'hôtel est plein, il est possible qu'il manque certaines places de parking, en effet tous nos clients reçoivent un message indiquant que le stationnement est gratuit, mais sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée et ne peut donc pas être réservé à l'avance. Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas eu de chance avec le parking, mais honnêtement, nous faisons de notre mieux pour plaire au plus grand nombre de clients possible et c'est un service gratuit que même les hôtels 4/5 étoiles de Sanremo n'offrent pas souvent. Bien cordialement

All our guests receive a clear message that explain that out parking is free but submitted at avaiability at the arrival and that for this reason isn't possible to book t in adavance. According to this isn't possible for you to book any parking space. One thing is aking for it other thing is to book it! It isn't correct for you complain for this reason! Best Regards
