    Unit #217 is a fabulous, completely updated condo that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. From the moment you step inside, you'll be treated to a relaxing coastal getaway designed for comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive lanai while watching exotic birds feed in the lagoon and scanning the Gulf horizon for dolphins.

    INPORTANT PROPERTY UPDATES:
    Please note that the community pool is currently undergoing renovations with an estimated completion date of July/August 2026. Exterior landscaping projects are also ongoing throughout the complex. Please note these timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.

Maintenance issue resolved immediately!

Air conditioning went out at 7:00 p.m. I called Sanibel Holiday, and they had an HVAC repairman at the condo in 35 minutes. He fixed the unit, and it was cooling within 1 hour of my call! That is amazing customer service!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 16 year old microwave and the even older coffee machine did not add to the stay. Most of buttons did not work on microwave. First two week stay at Sand Pointe and outfitted with cleaning supplies as if staying a week. This was fifth visit to Sanibel and staying at Sand Pointe. Return to New Hampshire and recommended Sand Pointe to others for a spring vacation, just not this unit.
