Bucket list trip!
We went for shelling even though it was off season and had a fabulous week!! We stayed at sanibel arms and loved our condo. We ate a lot of local food which was great and did some shopping at local places had a great time!! Definitely coming back D&k Joplin mo

Love Sanibel Arms
Lovely accommodations and perfect location. Everyone is so friendly and the property is prestige and well cared for. Love how close we were to the beach and access to a pool as well. Recommend this property.

A really wonderful place.
Lovely, clean, up-to-date appliances. Awesome queen bed. The grounds were lovely. All the beach gear you would want. Beautiful wooden walkway over established dunes. Met other lovely vacationers. Only downside was the front office. Due to COVID, no one was allowed into the office. They had a window for communication with guests, and I felt that they wanted as little contact with the guests.

Sanibel Arms Unit H7
This unit was perfect for me and my husband. It’s exactly as described. It’s bright and cheery and fully stocked with everything you need. Loved having a washer and dryer. Our only issue was it’s on the second floor and since we’re older it was difficult to carry our belongings up. There is no elevator. Otherwise I would stay there again.

I love Sanibel! We had amazing weather and overall good stay. I would recommend updating the bed and couch of this unit however. Otherwise a great stay! The location is great, the beach is a short walk.

Week in Paradise
My fiancé and I very much enjoyed our stay here. It’s a short walk to the beach from building H. Very quiet area. Only issue was the check-in instructions did not say to go to the office to get your keys, might be helpful to include that information.

This was a lovely condo in a great location.
My only issue was there was no indication that this was a second floor. If we had a handicapped person we couldn’t have stayed there.

Quiet Condo Complex
Sanibel Arms is a quiet and well-kept condominium complex. This unit is on the second floor with no lanai and is approximately .15 miles from the door to the beach. It is big enough for two people any more than that, and you would be on top of one another. Although this condo is quaint, we found it to need a deep cleaning. Upon entering the condo, it smelled musky. When I pulled the blanket on the bed back, I found hair. The bed was comfortable enough, but the sheets were rough, and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. The bathroom shower had black mold in the grout, and it looked like the pictures and light fixtures in the bathroom had not been dusted for a while! The living room rug and bedroom carpet are dirty, and after sitting on the couch, something bit me and left little red bumps on me. The beach chairs and umbrella need to be replaced as two of the chairs broke while on the beach, and the umbrella kept flipping in the wind. There is a small cooler but no handle, so we wound up having to purchase one. We contacted the owner twice to ask about replacement chairs, and it took her 14 hours to reply. This does not indicate premiere host to me! We also had to wash the beach towels as they had a funky smell. Also, no beach wagon to get your stuff to the beach. The management office on the property is helpful. They put out a few lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach during the week; however, not on the weekends. BUT, you have to get down to the beach early because other guests put their belonging on the chairs to save them. We would definitely stay at this complex again, but not in unit H7.

I understand once you let me know and advised the onsite management staff - chairs were replaced. Clean and Comfortable!
We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was easy to access from the condo and the condo was very clean and nice when we arrived. It was easy to follow the check-in and check out instructions. Our only complaint was a rude encounter with the woman who manages the pool area and did not make us feel welcome even though we were simply enjoying family time and following the posted rules. Oh well, great stay overall!

Happiness on paradise
Loved the location of the condo! Had everything you need! If you choose to filet a fish you might want to bring your own knife. Definitely enough room for adults. Queen pull out couch and Queen bed. We had an amazing time!! We invited our close friends to come with us and they had a blast. It was their first time to Sanibel! We met some awesome people while staying there!! Definitely family friendly place!! Everyone’s so nice and helpful and the walk to the beach is short! Condo is on upper level but that doesn’t stop you from doing anything!! Bikes you can rent and the condo has chairs and umbrella...we found with 4 of us a tent was easier. The facility provides chairs and umbrellas as well but only for a certain amount of time during the day. Check in and out was easy!! We definitely plan to be back!! Thank you for letting us book!! ❤️

Great Location, Short Walk to the Beach
My wife and I had a great time on Sanibel Island. We were completely happy with the condo we had and it's location to the beach. Condo was clean and inviting, kitchen had ample pot & pans (if you wanted to cook), and everything was as listed in description of the unit. We may return next year to Sanibel Island and will keep this place in mind.

The Perfect Vacation
The condo we rented was spotless and we loved the decor. The pool was heated and never crowded. The beach was a short walk down a private boardwalk. We were close to several restaurants and shopping. We would definitely fo a repeat visit!

It is a very nice place. A few suggestions: better and more paper towels, tissues, tp, hand soap and a decent knife or two. The best knife there, the handle and blade were loose. Got a note in my door not to move the pool chairs. Thing is, I never went near the pool area. Next day, Friday, I got a voicemail I was supposed to be checking out that day by ten am. Cleared it up with the office I had two more days reserved.. These things aren’t deal breakers, but if they are looking to improve, those are areas to look at. I do recommend the place and will likely revisit.

Really enjoyed this condo. I have been coming to Sanibel since a wee lad of 5, and I never want to leave! This unit is in a great location, short walk to the beach, great access to the east end of the island and bike paths. The other tenants were friendly (I think several I met were owners). The internet was a bit slow, but I experience that on Sanibel in other places, so it might just be the service on the island. I just wished the pool heater had been turned up another notch or so, but that's not really under the control of the owner. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had a great time. Condo was very clean. Great location - so close to the beach. Property sat out chaise loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Wish the weather would have been a little nicer - tropical storm hit twice during the stay.

Beach was few steps away , perfect water , not that many visitors , quiet ... what else do you really need when you are trying to escape from hassle of the life Thank you we had everything perfectly set up for us . TV was not connecting to the satellite ... but we forgot to tell management about it , we had good enough time without TV Thank you for everything , very pleased 😉

Two week stay on Sanibel Island
So many choices for my first stay on Sanibel Island & I chose Sanibel Arms East - very happy with my decision. The unit itself had specific items listed that were on my checklist - furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, & beach umbrella. There was also a pool & bike rentals available. Now after the fact, the only thing I would have changed in my reservation - selecting a unit with a screened outdoor seating area. Great place to stay!!! Enjoy...
