« Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. »

« Ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel en décembre 2014\. Déçue par l'équipement de l'hôtel, piscine très peu profonde. Petite plage. Repas très moyens, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. En revanche, chambre très propre, personnel très accueillant, et malgré un départ très matinal, un petit déjeuner nous a été préparé. Les prestations fournies ne correspondent pas au prix pratiqué. »

« No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered...

« Tout d’abord, l’accueil et le personnel n’ont pas été très agreable. Pour la chambre, le wifi ne captais pas, hormis dans la salle de bain ce sui n’est pas pratique. Pas d’eau chaude les 2 premiers jours, à peine tiède. La piscine n’était pas d’une propreté exemplaire. Enfin, le summum, c’est d’attirer les clients avec une offre spéciale avec massage en duo pour l’annuler au dernier moment. Au global, si j’avais su j’aurais choisi un autre hôtel car celui ci ne mérite pas ses notes. »

« It was perfect! The food was outstanding and the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Worth the money. I came for March break from Toronto with two kids. The only negative it was slightly too quiet and the kids at times were a bit bored because they didn’t have friends Their age or nightly events were almost nonexistence. Other than that, if you wanna come relax visit, this was honestly the best spot I have ever been in an all inclusive. It just wasn’t the best place to be with and...

« Barbados is a marvellous island with lovely peolpe. Even if Winshelsea guest house is good located and clean I would not recomand to stay there! There is too many rules in this guest house. First there is one chain with a lock at the entrance gate. It's locked anytime and you park your car outside... After this gate there is a very nosy iron gate how creak loud at any passage. There is a shorter way but the guest don't have the key and it's reserved to the worker who clean the rooms....
