No communication on timeline and did not address the need for 2 families with 7 kids skiing to need a washing machine. No solution from them other than to wait. Required multiple follow-ups from us. Still took 4 days and turns out they had ordered a washing machine a week before so must have been a known problem. Our 10 year old found beer cans and dirty glass around the hot tub.
