The staff were excellent. The hotel is severely rundown from chipped paint, scuffled furniture to stained chairs and carpet. Pool & hot tub worked but it did not look well kept at all. Everything needs renovating. Most offense were on early Sunday morning people or kids (not sure which) were continuously running in the upstairs hallway. It was really loud and staff at front desk did nothing to stop it.

Overall a very great experience. Room was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. The only thing wrong was that our sink was very slow to drain.

The staff was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. Lobby, room, and pool area were clean. Hot tub is very small, but it was not busy when we went so it wasn't a problem. Location is great and close to many restaurants and stores. Daily breakfast offerings are free and a nice variety is provided. Would stay again 😊

The first room we got had some problems , but the staff was very helpful and helped us get another room right away , and it was an upgrade. All in all happy with my stay. The breakfast could be better.the coffee was particularly bad

The hotel was in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the hotel had a good breakfast. The air conditioner was not on when we got to our room so it was terribly hot and smelled awful. When we did turn it on it made such a loud noise that continued the entire time we were there. There was also a pocket door for the bathroom that would not close. I’m sure we could have gotten someone to fix it but after a long day at Cedar Point we just wanted to go to bed. I was also surprised that they didn’t have a mini fridge. Just something to be aware of since I had brought a bunch of bottled water to the room hoping to put it in a fridge.

I had an issue with the accessible room. The desk person was helpful and good enough to provide a shower chair but there was only one grab bar on the wall and none near the shower door. The toilet was too low and there were no grab bars near the toilet . I do not consider this an accessible room. Breakfast was limited at best

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! Really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Yum! Hot tub was lovely and very warm and relaxing. Pool was warm enough to be able to get used to easily. Not cold at all. Considering where it is it was very quiet and peaceful. Best hotel stay in ages!

Very disappointing breakfast. The only hot option was waffles, and there was a long line to make them. The bed was extremely high and hard for my husband (who uses a wheelchair) to get into. There was a nice hot tub and a pool (as advertised). However, there was nothing to use to plug the bathtub and the water for the bath was not hot.

Not a good experience. Checked out after the first night. The bed clearly hadn't been changed as there was lipstick on the bedding and long hairs inside the bed. Shower dripped constantly through the night. The rest of the room was OK and clean enough. Hallways and reception area were dirty and smelled bad. Breakfast was exceptionally busy, not a great selection of food on offer, people were crowded everywhere, and there were not enough tables. Everything was sticky and grimy and I didn't see any staff clearing up. The two reception staff I spoke to were miserable and unfriendly, and I just felt I was an inconvenience to them.

The pool is dedicated as a spacious pool. It’s a little bigger than a king sized bed. My room was near the back door which I was told to use, but the door did not open with a key. There were stains (looked like someone stepped in poop/mud and it was through the halls)
