The key card only worked after 2 or 3 tries. The doorjam looked as if someone had tried to break down the door at some point - cracked and repaired. Some of the doors had lock mechanisms with the covers partly missing.

The room jacuzzi was clean and maintained. However I paid more over other options for the gym access and the equipment was limited and extremely dirty and unmaintained. unusable for me as I didnt want to be liable for something breaking.

The check in was poor. The person behind the counter was coughing and sneezing and didn’t look well. Someone else should have been there instead. The room door secondary locks were none functional and broken. They had been that way for a while. I didn’t notice until I was getting ready for bed. Not very impressed and I let the front desk know in the morning. I hope it is fixed for the next person. The carpet in the room was stained in many places as well. More work is needed there to bring that room up to standards.

I guess we should have known because you usually get what you pay for, and it was one of the cheapest stays in Sandpoint. But definitely regret being cheap! This hotel was pretty dirty. I was almost afraid to stay because I was genuinely afraid we would bring home bed bugs. The coffee maker was filthy in the room. Tiny, TINY bathroom with no hot water in the morning unless you ran the faucet for 20 minutes. Ice machine was "out of order". Laundry room was "out of order". The carpet throughout the property was disgusting. The carpet on the first floor hallway was a major tripping hazard as it was coming up and rippled all down the hallway. There was trash and an old bbq pit outside on the lawn. We picked the hotel because it had a hot tub. Would never put a toe in that thing! Would definitely not recommend or go back. Spend the extra $30 - $50 and go elsewhere.

This stay was ok overall. Staff was helpful, but only because the services weren't working properly. We had broken items in our room such as the cover on the heater register and the screws stripped on the locking ball for the door. Our tv wouldn't work without help and the morning we checked out, we had no sound. The bath had both floor tile and shower bar fix jobs done poorly. We did enjoy the Jacuzzi once they came and turned it on.Also, the hot breakfast each morning was nice.

Plug ins didn’t work so the night stand lights didn’t work. There is no elevator so 2 flights of stairs. The swivel lock on the door was broken off. It was fairly clean. The staff was nice

Clean, friendly, nice breakfast. No wifi, bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was to big for the toilet, the bathroom smelled and the hot water in the shower went from hot to scalding. This place needs a remodel.

The facility was old and did not look like it had been updated for a loooooooong time! The hot tub had peeling paint, there was no ice bucket in the room so when I asked at the front desk about ice they said there was no ice because the machine was no working. They could have at least tried to keep some ice in the kitchen area for guests who needed it. The back door was to be locked at 10 but the lock mechanism was taped open. Would not recommend this one AT ALL!!!

The place was not clean and did not feel safe at night because of lavk of adequate lights wher you park your car to go to your room. Also anyone can enter the room lobby without a key. Breakfast was okay but no one was cleaning the place while open. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were not too bad but for the price it is not worth it.

This is definitely a budget hotel. It's very dark and old. Our door barely closed properly. It could have been forced open easily as the door jam was very loose. Bathrooms are just the toilet and tub in a small area. Sink is outside in the bedroom. Remarkably it was very clean which I give them credit for!!! For one night it suffices, but not sure I would stay again.

Way over priced
Very old motel 6 type of place. "Views" out the window are the back side of a warehouse. Clean, just a 1 star facility with a 3 star price.
