"My stay was excellent. I felt safe. Every door was locked and needed a QR code to be scan to get access. The room was very cleaned. My guest service personnel was very accommodating. I did not arrive until 11pm but she still came over to greet me and to make sure I was ok. I definitely recommend this place."

"Daily buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices - and snacks available 24/7\. Room was well laid out, clean and convenient. The hotel is located 5 mins away from the main Kaohsiung station which makes it easy to get around. Overall very nice stay."

"Had to check in at attached hotel because lobby was closed off, very weird feeling to walk through what seems an abandoned hotel, I felt I was the only guest there. The room was way too small, with the bed sort of wedged into the space available. Breakfast was Chinese, that’s all good, but at least make it taste good, very bland. The staff made my scores increase. Location wise, it was excellent, short walk to Formosa blvd subway station, thus very accessible from airport and train station as well as the sightseeing sites, lively night market just around the corner"

"The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. I am very surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. the staffs are nice though. "
