When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "Our flight was as delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel till 5.30 am. But we were glad of a bed for a couple of hours and a shower. Also booked the breakfast when we arrived which was nice. Check in/out was good. Friendly staff. It is a bit of a walk from terminal 2 but there is a shuttle bus but we were that tired from the journey that I forgot the times they ran. So we jumped in at taxi for £2 more than we would have paid for the bus. We used the shuttle bus to get to the train station later that morning. Would use hotel again."

"A great hotel for a stop en route to Scotland. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate in the Bar area. Food was good. We didn’t use the leisure facilities. Only downside for us was there was no electric car charging facilities, but according to reception this may be a future addition."
