Very cute B&B close to everything especially the beach! Guisy and Claudia were were helpful with recommendations and helping us book an excursion. Breakfast was delicious! Would stay here again.

Good place.

Very central but no place to park close to there. We walked 5 min with the luggage. It is not a problem but maybe it can be for an eldest person.

Superior Accommodations in the heart of San Vito!

Giusy, My apologies for not contacting you earlier I just returned to TX very jetlagged and just now coming back to full alertness. I want to thank you for providing us with such wonderful accommodations and experiences during our stay in San Vito. Claudia, you are amazing! Your attention to detail and daily preparation of our breakfast was outstanding! I have worked in the travel industry for over 25yrs and selecting properties for my clients and personal trips is a high priority for me. Their experience makes or breaks my business. I want to express that in my professional opinion I was blown away first of all by your amazing attention to detail! The bedrooms were immaculate, bathroom was clean and modern with all the comforts anyone could wish for. Location perfect!!! A 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops within a few blocks. The rooftop deck with whirlpool tub and a comfortable seating area. Outdoor tables to enjoy a delicious lunch, BONUS! - Note to anyone reading this post. I read a review with not-so-favorable comments. I would ignore it, there was absolutely no merit to the post. I inquired about it and found the client was advised, was offered alternative accommodations elsewhere, and refused help from the owners. This person refused because of the outstanding customer service and she knew it in my opinion. Book this property with full confidence that you are getting a high-end product at a bargain rate. B&B carino nel centro di San Vito, vicino alla spiaggia e facile da trovare. Parcheggi gratuiti a 10min a piedi dalla struttura. Le proprietarie carinissime, preparano la colazione personalmente e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Inoltre all’ultimo piano è disponibile una jacuzzi che dopo una lunga giornata ci vuole proprio! Check in veloce e in autonomia e che altro, una bella vacanza! Camere pulite e curate, insomma, una chicca

Cordialità e confort

Rosy e Claudia sono cortesi, disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. Ho trovato la stanza spaziosa elegantemente arredata e dotata di ogni confort. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il mare essere in centro e allo stesso tempo si trova in un luogo silenzioso. Dispone di un idromassaggio e zona solarium per stendere gli asciugamani, al rientro dal mare. Colazione ricca di leccornie preparate fresche sia dolci che salate. Spero di riuscire tornare!

Unsere erste Unterkunft auf unserer Sizilien-Tour und es war großartig! Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. (Etwas mehr Abstellflächen im Bad wären super, aber nicht der rede wert) Man ist schnell am Strand und in den umliegenden Restaurants und Bars und unser Host hat immer gern geholfen, wenn wir fragen hatten. Das Frühstück war super, viel Auswahl und gute Qualität! Würde definitiv wieder kommen.

This petit hotel its impeccable with only 4 amazing rooms and the jacuzzi on the top floor, walking distance to the beautiful San Vito do capo beaches and restaurants. The hospitality of the owners and staff. They gave us the room prepared for disabled people ( I was traveling with my elder mom) everything, every detail was magnificent We will be back

Нам с супругой все очень понравилось. Чисто, ухоженно, убирают каждый день в номере. Вкусные завтраки. Прекрасное обслуживание - Клаудия (следит за отелем) это просто находка для хозяев. Прекрасный человек, доброжелательный. Дарио - хозяин отеля в первый же день дал нам карту и свои рекомендации по заведениям в городке. Очень рекомендуем всем.

Bellissima struttura ,completamente nuova in pieno centro di San Vito Lo Capo. Il proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile a consentirci di arrivare anche più tardi dell'orario previsto. Ci ha fornito dei preziosissimi consigli molto utili. Stanze accoglienti, sempre pulitissime . La ragazza che lavora con Dario , Claudia è simpaticissima , gentilissima . Più volte ci ha "salvato" la vacanza rendendosi disponibile nel trovarci il battello all'ultimo momento per Favignana e prestandoci addirittura l'ombrellone!! E che dire la colazione ... superba !!! Tornerei domani.. già mi manca tutto!!!!!! Consiglio vivamente credetemi!

Chambre et sdb petite mais décorée avec goût ,finition très soignée vraiment un très bel endroit! Petit plus Jacuzzi sur la terrasse à l étage et compris dans le prix de la chambre :) Petit déjeuner très bon. Adresse à recommander vivement !!

Gentilezza e pulizia

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato ad ayres del mar per due notti. La struttura è tenuta molto bene, la pulizia ottima e la gentilezza del proprietario è senz'altro un altro punto a favore! Abbiamo goduto a pieno anche della vasca idromassaggio in terrazza, davvero piacevole. La colazione nella norma.. forse, personalmente, aggiungerei delle brioches in più (per esempio vuote o al cioccolato non c'erano) . Nel complesso è comunque una struttura da tenere in considerazione per chi volesse soggiornare a San Vito, anche perché è assolutamente vicino alla centrale via Savoia e alla spiaggia.
