Unit was spacious, serviced daily, there was an elevator available, the unit was close to all amenities and the city center within easy walking distance.

In general the room was clean however in the bathroom the wall and baseboards could have been dusted and cleaned better.

we stayed here for two nights, clean, new room. Room service was excellent. Parking is about 10 mins walk away, can offload your lugage close to the entrance tho. friendly reception, and quick response. close to the beach

Estancia agradable en una ciudad insuperable
La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy buena. Está todo muy limpio y el colchón es muy cómodo. Lo peor fue la entrada. No me Enviaron ningún mensaje con instrucciones y tuve la suerte de que unos huéspedes salieron en ese momento y me pasaron el teléfono al que debía llamar y ahí ya me atendieron. Por lo demás, todo muy agradable.

HOTEL MUY MODERNO Y CÓMODO
El hotel está muy bien para no estar en el centro de Donosti. Cogiendo un Bus el número 5 o 25 se está en el centro en 5 minutos. Andando por la Concha son unos 20 minutos .

la habitación y el servicio estupendo. Sólo tarde en encontrar el hotel porque está escondido detrás de un árbol y no se aprecia desde el coche.

Je reviendrai à San Sébastian 💕
Toujours aussi agréable de venir à San Sébastian et particulièrement dans cet endroit de la ville, proche de la page Onderrata, un endroit très arboré entouré de jardins et de parcs. Les rues toujours aussi propres et tout est magnifiquement adapté pour les personnes en situation de handicap et les personnes âgées ou les familles avec poussette.... A refaire sans hésitation

Excelente.
Estuvo muy bien. Las instalaciones son muy lindas. El cuarto es amplio, y el baño moderno y super limpio. Apenas llegamos no andaba el aire acondicionado pero llamamos por teléfono y lo solucionaron rápidamente. Lo único no tan bueno es que no cuenta con parking. Igualmente se puede estacionar en la calle de en frente. Ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa Ondarreta.

Muy buen hotel.. Pequeño , comodo , con muchos detalles que en hoteles con mas estrellas no tiene.. No se escucha ruidos esteriores muy bien insonorizado.. Muy limpio , cama muy comoda , agradable , cogi el sueño a la primera , por su comodidad y confianza... La unica pega , pero sin importancia, me costo encontrar . La,recepcionista muy amable , encantadora , se esforzo en explicarnos lo bonito de los alrededores que visitar y disfrutar. Volvere. Muchas gracias,por la amabilidad recibida
