Great Job
We arrived here early one day and stayed the night. The hotel checked us in and stored our luggage until our room was ready about 3 pm. Everything was in good condition and we were treated very well.

great stay
This was a great hotel, perfect location and stylish. We walked everywhere from here, starting the day with the breakfast at the hotel. The only thing I wish to be better were the pillows.

Great location in beautiful San Sebastian, in my opinion and very nice desk staff. Nice of the hotel to have sodas, water and coffee available starting at noon. However coffee should be standard at any time of the day.

Sell your soul for a cup of Joe
Everything was great, but we could not get a cup of coffee unless we bought their breakfast service. You could get one after 12 noon, but not before. I found this policy exceedingly petty and left a bad impression tho everything else was great.

Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Despite it being a busy strèet during the day, it was quiet at night and no bars or noisy restaurants nearby. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. 2 minute walk to cathedral and Bilbao Plaza for excellent pintxos. Easily walkable to Euskotren or main rail/bus depot across the river.
