It is located in the quiet Antiguo neighbourhood and within 5 minutes by bus you can reach the most interesting points of the city: La Concha beach, the Old Town, the Boulevard, etc. There are numerous bus lines that connect the area with the city centre.   
  
Ondarreta Beach, Miramar Palace and La Concha Beach itself are just a 15-minute walk away.
