Two blocks away to central park, businesses, police station, BEACH, Sunset Amusement Park-Surf City🎡 🎢, restaurants, night club and night entertainment (5 minutes walk). You can also take a 15 minute drive to El Tunco 🐷🏖
**Guest has access to the Main house **Common areas with other guests and maintenance staff are service and laundry area, outdoor restroom/shower and Patio/parking-(shared if there are guests staying at the guesthouse)

Beautiful stay
Very nice roomy clean and comfortable house with nice security and many extras especially in the kitchen. Right on the edge of town with many shopping choices. Only a few blocks from the beach and Punta Roca. Many fine restaurants with out of this world food so we didn’t use the kitchen much. Also very affordable.
