"Room was clean but very warm, asked to have A/C checked they said it was their heating season, fan never worked either. Also door security lock was broken, asked to have it fixed and no one ever came. Buffet breakfast and location to UK border to see Gibraltar was the only thing good about this place. Last is beware of the elevators, other guest placed his hand to stop the doors from closing, lucky he pulled away as they were going to close on his arm."
