It is clean and beautifully decorated with a comfortable decor. The house itself is old, but there is a fireplace to keep you warm in the cold, and AC to cool you down in the heat. There's a lovely garden, and deck with outdoor dining tables! The driveway can accommodate 2 large cars with ease. Street parking is limited because of narrower neighborhood roads. Walking distance to grocery stores, and a short walk up the hill gives gorgeous views of San Rafael. The kitchen is well-equipped. Washer and dryer are high-tech.
