Terrible attention and care with reservations, they made a mistake with our reservation and we still had to pay more to be able to stay. Very poor internal coordination with your service.

I had a terrible experience, but the fault was Expedia's, not the hotel itself. I booked thru Expedia, and when I arrived at the hotel I had no reservation ,and there were not available rooms. The staff was friendly enough to contact another hotel to accommodate us. Never again with Expedia

Staff were very helpful, room was comfortable although very hot (but it did have AC), WiFI was good.

The first night our A/C wasn’t working but they were so attentive and they gave us such a really good service that they switched us to different rooms. The breakfast was big and yummy. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

First Time stay in Honduras.
The Hotel Room don't have Window, it's not so comfortable. But the Servant is very charming, even they cannot speak English. The Choice for Breakfeast is too less, Need to improve.

The room was very clean and quiet for resting. The staff very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was included which was great to have before heading out. Conveniently located near the center of the city.

Not worth it
The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful, the room was in the back part and the hallway had no roof so when I finally got to the room I was all wet from the rain.

Decidí no quedarme lamentablemente. Ya que llegamos a las 4 y tardaron otros 40 minutos para que nos pasarán a la habitación aparte aún estaban limpiando el piso el aire en realidad o estaba bien. Nos fuimos muy disgustos ya que aparte de cansados tuvimos que esperar todo ese tiempo.

Hice mi reservación en Hotel Verona y al momento de llamar sobre mi habitación me comentaron que "no la tenían disponible" y que "ya estaba todo vendido" y yo ya había hecho mi reservación.

Hotel razoável
O hotel é razoável, mas o fato de não ter janela no quarto é um fator negativo. Isso se agrava, pois o pessoal da limpeza utiliza um produto com odor muito forte. A cordialidade dos funcionários, a cama confortável, o preço e o ar-condicionado são os pontos positivos. Hospedagem com bom custo-benefício para 2 noites... não mais que isso. Sem janela no quarto fica bem complicado.
