### Fully equipped house in San Pedro for 8

Come enjoy with friends and family a fully equipped house and annex on a quiet street one block from the ravine and 6 from downtown. Gas and charcoal grills, indoor table and garden set for 10, 3 cable TVs and wi-fi . Garage, washer and dryer, alarm, closed-circuit security and everything you may need, even on rainy days. Kitchen with everything you need. Close to sports circuit, children's games and public promenade.  
The space  
The house has a bright garden, ideal for enjoying with friends. The annex is only opened when the property is rented by more than 4 passengers. The main house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two and a half beds. All bedrooms have bedding, cable TVs, A/C and ceiling fans. Spacious and bright dining room with table for 10, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and gas stove. Coffee maker and electric kettle The annex that opens with a fifth passenger has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, full bathroom and a living room with a futon. breakfast bar that can also work to use the laptop, television and air conditioning. The garden has a covered gallery, table for 8, gas and charcoal grills. Garage for one car, and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guests have access to the main house and garage when there are up to 4 passengers. From 5 people you can use the annex that accommodates up to 4 more people.

The annex is only opened when there are more than 4 guests and is not rented separately.
