What makes the hotel truly exceptional is the staff -- they are friendly, welcoming, and will go above and beyond to help you if needed. Kelly in particular was a gem. It is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, so the free bikes (good quality and good condition) you can check out are really helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.
