The staff was incredible and really went out of their way to tend to our needs. They were very helpful in helping with dining options, tours (especially with Jesus) and arranging transportation for us. The morning breakfast was always incredible. We would definitely stay there again and I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

Good location in the middle of the city and nearby attractions. Breakfast was quite limited. There is no iron or ironing board, youā€™ll need to ask for one and they provide a steam iron. Some staff seemed a bit condescending upon arrival. Bellboy provided EXCELLENT service. Room does not have AC unit and air is provided exclusively by a floor ventilator which is quite inefficient in filling up the room. Canā€™t imagine how hot the room gets in the summertime

We had a wonderful experience visiting San Miguel de Allende, and staying at Concepcion Boutique Hotel, which is a quiet and charm boutique hotel with great location and easy walking access to all points of interest in the city. The whole service and staff (Breakfast, Reception, and management) were fantastic, and friendly, contributing to a great weekend experience. Planning to return in the near future.

The property is gorgeous! The picturesque hotel setting is off the chart. The property is absolutely beautiful! The colors, the dƩcor, the attention to the room details - wow! To add to this, the staff were beyond pleasant. From check in to check out the staff were very attentive. The morning breakfast is worth it - simple and served with a big smile! The actual location is literally across the street from the city center which is an area unlike no other with the mariachi's everywhere, the cathedral like church, the eateries and the shopping. No need for a car! We did not have any negative experience while staying at this hotel and we would totally stay here again and we would highly recommend this hotel (gem) to anyone contemplating a visit to San Miguel de Allende.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff. Daniella and Samuel welcomed us to the hotel and quickly checked us in as we had been traveling all day and were ready to relax. Samuel took our bags to our room and explained how the lights worked, the door key worked, when breakfast was, and where it was. Answered all our questions and wished us a good night. Breakfast started with a fruit plate; mangos, berries, cantaloupe, pineapple, freshness, and sweet as you can only find when the fruit is ripened on the vine. Next, bacon, eggs, and tortillas with salsa and queso on top. Delicious. Pool is nice size with hot tub. Simply call the front desk and they will bring out fresh towels. Can order drinks poolside too. Housekeeping tidies the room and refreshes each morning. You simply don't see them, but the room is pitch perfect when you return. The hotel is spotless and well-appointed. Archways and atria make you feel like you are in a magical space. Colorful walls reflect the glory of Mexican culture. The rooftop vista of the churches, which are only a stone's throw away, blew me away when they are lit at night. Hotel staff Victor told me there are 5 churches in our 2-block area, 7 or 9 in SMA Centro. Amazing. Geraldo is efficient and effective in telling you what is available in the area. He arranged our transportation back to Queretaro Airport. He ordered us a boxed lunchs for the trip home. HUGE! Thank you! PERFECT HOTEL!

A Gem in Centro
The hotel is hacienda style and beautiful. Location excellent. Near Jardin, shops, restaurants. The staff is amazing! Warm, professional, helpful. A shout out especially to Gerardo and Daniela at the front desk and Alex at the breakfast. Daniela went above and beyond expectations by bringing me a New Year's eve dinner she cooked herself at no charge because I didn't want to go to a restaurant solo on this major holiday. And I hadn't asked! Sadly it was too cold for me to use the lovely pool and even the jacuzzi. The only flaw is that for me, the coffee at breakfast was too weak and the bread tasteless. The papaya and other fruits were delicious. I highly recommend ConcepciĆ³n Hotel Boutique!

En verdad mis felicitaciones al hotel. Nos hicieron sentirnos cĆ³modos desde el momento en el que llegamos. El hotel es sumamente lindo, limpio y con una gran ubicaciĆ³n. La habitaciĆ³n proporcionada estaba excelente, asĆ­ como limpia. Su alberca es un oasis, dentro del bullicio del centro para llegar y relajarte despues de una caminata por los alrededores. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa y sobretodo por el excelente servicio de todo el personal. Esos detalles son los que sin duda hacen que queramos regresar a hospedarnos nuevamente con ustedes. This is a beautiful boutique hotel that's very close to the action in SMDA. The rooms were lovely and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so good, lots of fresh fruit, good coffee, chilaquiles and eggs... a great way to start the day.

Es la primera vez que me hospedo en el Hotel Concepcion y me quede con una grata experiencia. Al hacer check in, el personal de recepcion muy amable, nos ofrecieron bebida de cortesia. Tiene estacionamiento el hotel y valet parking sin costo adicional. Nuestra estancia incluia desayuno, algo sencillo pero muy rico. Las habitacion que nos toco muy bonita, con cerradura digital, las camas comodas, excepto las almohadas. El hotel es pequeƱo pero muy hermoso y limpio. Cuenta con alberca y un jacuzzi que siempre estuvo en funcionamiento. Tambien tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unos chocolates de cortesia y siempre estaban al pendientes de nuestras peticiones, como reservaciones en los restaurantes o un masaje que solicitamos. El hotel es muy cƩntrico porque esta como a 5 min caminando la parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel y multiples restaurantes del centro. Obviamente cuando regrese a San Miguel me hospedare en el Hotel Concepcion sin dudarlo
