Two-level flat situated in a residence with a shared swimming pool and garden. The 1st floor features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed, a complete bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The ground floor is composed of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen corner, a single bedroom, and a patio overlooking the private garden (not fenced). Equipped with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 1km, guests have access to a beach shuttle service.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary between residences and due to weather or maintenance.
