Le point le plus problématique reste le bruit des ascenseurs : des bips très forts et répétés, audibles chaque nuit même depuis le 7ᵉ étage, alors que les ascenseurs s’arrêtent plusieurs étages plus bas. À la réception, on nous a confirmé que le problème était déjà connu, mais aucune solution durable ne semble avoir été mise en place. La chambre était très humide, avec une forte odeur persistante malgré la climatisation (qui, elle, est facile à régler). À notre arrivée, le sol était collant, signe d’un nettoyage insuffisant. Lorsqu’on nous a proposé de changer de chambre, celle-ci se situait dans un étage non rénové : moquette au sol, traces de moisissure sur certaines portes et au plafond du couloir. Nous avons préféré rester dans notre chambre malgré le bruit. Entre les nuisances sonores et l’état général de certaines parties de l’hôtel, nous ne recommanderions pas cet établissement."
