The house and location is great for the area. Amenities were great for a beach focused party (chairs, tent, and toys) and plenty of towels. Only down side is the neighborhood has MANY barking dogs that go crazy at all hours of the day. Didn't seem like an updated neighborhood. Some houses looked vacant. Talked to some neighbors as they were super nice. Only negative is the barking dog in the middle of the night. Every night about 1:00 AM until 5-:00 AM there was a barking down in the back. We believe it was the neighbors behind us. It kept us up at night. Emanuel was great to communicate with. He responded quickly even when we arrived late at night and had a little problem finding the place. We are not familiar with the area. In a quite neighborhood and everything you need plus more. The manager responded quickly and was very informative. First I would like to say thank you to Emmanuel for allowing us to stay in his rental property. The property itself was great, it has everything you need for your vacation. If you need anything extra all you have to do is let Emmanuel know. The location is within proximity to everything Walmart, the supermarket, the beach, places to eat etc. We visited multiple beaches and the ones in Luquillo and Loíza provides chairs and umbrellas; Fajardo beach did not but it’s very close to the property.
