The following days it was just me and my boyfriend and enough space for us to enjoy. The oven view in the morning was beautiful. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I will return to this exact unit again. It’s located on the atrip with restaurants, bars and 20 mins from old San Juan and the airport. We absolutely enjoyed staying in this property, studio was just right, clean and comfortable, it was a block away from the beach, neighborhood and area had lots of options for eating and entertainment. There was a very nice pool in the building, there is 24 hr security on site , we found it perfectly safe walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The Marriot across the street has a Hertz rental on property, I would recommend renting from them on an as needed basis as parking was definitely a challenge. I would recommend this property highly, the owner Renato, was the best we have encountered since we began using Home away, he was right there answering questions, giving advice on great places to visit , and went above and beyond helping me secure a much needed parking spot in the complex. We were forced to leave 2 days early due to Covid-19 concerns, otherwise it was a perfect trip. My wife and I will definitely be back and we will definitely use Renato’s unit again without hesitation. ##### David B. We had everything that we needed for an enjoyable holiday. We were walking distance to everything! Great restaurants in the area and the beach is a very short walk with Renato providing the beach amenities which saved us money. The kitchen had everything we needed when we didn’t want to go out for breakfast, lunch or diner. The air conditioning quickly cooled off the room at night. Our 12 year old slept on the pull out couch and he thought it was very comfortable. The black out blinds allowed him to sleep in every morning. The building is quiet and just outside is all the nightlife that you want to experience. Renato is very informative with information on tourism and restaurants. The place is beautiful, very clean and perfect location in Ashford Ave. The building Condado Imperial is very nice. Close to everything... Renato was very helpful and easy to work with. I loved the that that this building is very unassuming when you first pull up to it. I also enjoyed the secured doors 24/7\. At no time did we ever feel unsafe in this city while we were meandering about. The room was perfect for two people looking for a quick vacation retreat. We enjoyed all this city had to offer and the locals were great. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful and never lead us askew. This room is also centrally located near bars, shops, restaurants, beaches and casinos. As we looked around we could not believe how this wonderful country came together in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. There is virtually no evidence of destruction in San Juan. This place is a must and we will be staying at Renato’s place the next time we return!!! ##### Megan M.
