The lobby coffee shop and bar are now OPEN! Our extra spacious balcony has ocean and palm tree views! Balcony does not have air unit on it so it’s extra nice with just the sounds of the ocean!! The lobby features a bright sitting area with access to the game room with arcade games and a billiards and ping pong table. Take advantage of the new casino at the renowned El San Juan next door. The beach, lobby, gym, restaurants and nearby casinos, make your stay exciting and easy! We are taking CDC procedures with our cleaning. Enjoy an "open" Old San Juan, El Yunque, Isla Verde Beach, Pinones, Restaurants and Casinos! We are located in ESJ Towers right next to the El San Juan hotel and casino. This 2 bedroom, 2 full baths has a spectacular new kitchen with a quartz back splash and countertop. The upgrades include all new appliances, Spanish tile and all the amenities of home. The entire condo has been retiled and is very bright and airy. You will love enjoying your morning coffee on the porch listening to the waves crash on the beach. Our complex is ON the beach!! You literally cannot get any closer!! While you are enjoying your coffee and breakfast, you will be relaxing on comfy wicker patio furniture. The hall bathroom has just been remodeled to include a shower, sink, and magnifying mirror. Hair dryers are supplied in both bathrooms, and we have a steamer if you need to iron any clothes. The primary bedroom includes a large closet, new king size bed, new darkening shades and connects to the master bathroom. The primary bath includes a tub and shower. The middle bedroom has new white furniture and a new large closet. It has 2 new full beds. There are also darkening shades for your comfort. For your convenience the couch in the living area is a queen sized pull out. The dining room includes beautiful rattan furniture, which has just been reupholstered with a stunning rug as well. The living room boasts a large couch and a love seat along with a new marble coffee table and relaxing rattan chair. The living area has a 50" TV for your pleasure. If you have a group larger than 6 - check out our property right next door which sleeps 8\. VRBO # 186218 - you can rent both at the same time giving you - 4 oversized bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 living areas, 2 dining rooms, 2 complete kitchens and 2 oversized balconies with Ocean Views! Perfect for a family reunion, bachelorette party, or a larger family. Total capacity is 14. Everything in both condos have been upgraded for your enjoyment. Plenty of everyday dishes, formal dishes, small glasses, large glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses. Crock pots, blender, coffee maker ample pots and pans. Place mats, storage for your leftovers - every amenity of home you can think of is here!! The best thing is that you take the elevator to the lobby and walk 50 feet to the beach - No beach tags, hot burning sand, or parking hassles. The beach at the ESJ in Isla Verde is one of the nicest beaches in PR. Rest on a beach chair provided in our unit or rent a lounging one for $5 at the beach. If the sun is too hot relax under any palm tree. Take a walk along the 1.6 mile coast for your daily exercise! ESJ is convenient to 5 star restaurants and luxury casinos. Fully gated community, no worries about security. Enjoy drinks or dinner at the World Class, Hotel El San Juan right next door ( New casino opened in fall of '21). Dance or game at the Embassy Suites - a short 5 minute walk down Isla Verde Ave. Enjoy the many stores and restaurants within walking distance including; The Meat Market, Ruth Chris Steak House, The Metropol, Platos, The Marketplace, Entrevinos, Lupi's, Chilli's, Church's Chicken, Pizza Joints, CVS, Walgreens and much more all at your reach without a vehicle. My wife had to clean the kitchen counters and the bathroom counters, along with the toilet seats. She found dried fecal matter outside of a bathroom that needed cleaned up. The coach also has fleas. The wife and myself are covered in bites. There is more but I will stop here. Loved our stay in Puerto Rico but this was unfortunate. ##### George Y. The condo was impressively clean, which made me feel so good about my choice. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults on our trip. Everything possibly needed was provided in the condo, including beach chairs and towels. Judy provided great info for our trip, and checked in to ensure all was well. The location was ideal. Right on the beach. Ubers were easy to find, and some convinces available within a 10 min walk. The common spaces in building itself are mostly vacant. The bar is closed, pool under construction, and game room with no functional games. Although this is unusual, we didn't mind because of the location and because of the quality of the actual condo unit. In the event we go back to PR and stay in this area, I'd definitely stay again. ##### Brigida W. You are literally 100 feet from the beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Having chairs and towels available to use made traveling much easier! The washer and dryer is great so that you can clean up each day and before heading home. The parking space, should you choose to rent a car, is in an ideal location. Only downside for families (not for us) would be that the pool is still under construction, which has nothing to do with Judy's spot! We didn't come to Puerto Rico for the pool, so it didn't bother us at all! We will be recommending her spot to our friends! ##### Mary J. Good calm location, beach access right outside steps from the unit. Plenty of English speaking staff. Currently a lot of renovation going on and according to signage expected for a while which is good shows they want the property to stay up to date. And its not loud so that's a plus but be aware of changing times or location of things. Game room leaves a lot to be desired, only 10 games and 6 were out of service while we were there (not owners fault) so bring stuff for kids to do if possible. ##### Wise B. This place is phenomenal from the views to the comfort of the beds. The parking space is so convenient right next to the entrance and elevator, and the condo is just one floor up. We could get to the beach in like 15 seconds! Just perfect. Easy to go back and forth for another cocktail or a lunch inside! Highly recommend for families with kids with the convenience. The pool is under construction currently but we didn’t miss it, the waves are very mild and the kids had fun playing in the water- no red flag days. Judy was a pleasure to work with and she was always available by phone or text and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer as well as plenty of towels! So lovely. Location was convenient to the airport, and while I was worried about noise, we didn't hear planes at all in the condo, or really on the beach either. Supermarket was right down the street, and we made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with appliances and dishes. The laundry in the unit was great too, for all the sandy beach clothes. Judy was fantastic at communication and when we had a burnt out light bulb, someone came by promptly to replace it.
