Mandatory Online Check-In & ID Submission:
All guests must complete the required online check-in process. A valid government-issued photo ID must be uploaded through the Airbnb platform messaging prior to arrival for every individual staying in the apartment. Check-in instructions will only be released once this requirement is fulfilled. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission.

Pre-arranged late check-out at 12:00 PM may be available for $50, subject to approval. Unauthorized late departure will incur a $150 per hour charge due to cleaning scheduling constraints. Early check-in may be quoted privately upon request.
Occupancy Limit:
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests at all times, including visitors. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit may result in immediate cancellation without refund or removal from the property.
No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.
Quiet Hours:
9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or noisy activities.
Utility Interruption Policy:
The host is not responsible for hotel, rental, or transportation expenses resulting from water or electrical interruptions. If service is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel unused nights and receive a refund for those unused nights only. Under no circumstances will consumed nights be refunded.
Rental Agreement:
All bookings are contingent upon signing a short-term rental agreement sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever occurs first.
Property Care:
Food must be consumed at the dining table, not on the bed, to prevent linen damage.
Towels and linens must be used only for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or other substances. Do not use towels to clean spills. Stained or damaged items will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may apply.
Do not cut directly on the laminate kitchen counter. Clean spills immediately to prevent permanent staining (wine and organic materials may cause damage).
Use provided trays and coasters to protect nightstands and furniture from water or ice damage. Any damage due to negligence will be charged.
Cleaning & Additional Charges:
Excessive cleaning may be charged at $75 per hour through Airbnb.
If excessive garbage is left or house rules are violated, additional cleaning fees of up to 100% of the cleaning fee may apply.
If the AC is turned off and moisture causes mold requiring remediation, additional cleaning charges may apply.
Subletting is strictly prohibited.
