This bright and beautiful house offers a large open space area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. The living and dining area share the same bright which offers indoor/outdoor flow to the overly spacious fenced backyard.

This property is the perfect home away from home! It can comfortably accommodate 8 guest:

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with closet area | Bedroom 2: Twin bun bed with closet area| Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a full size bottom and a twin size top with closet area | Living Room: Sleeper Sofa. The Master bedroom has it's own ceiling fan, large closet area and it’s own private bathroom.

Kitchen: Stove top with 4 burners, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker with free coffee and air fryer. It is equipped with everything you might need for your stay!

Indoor living: Smart TV, open concept, dining table, natural lighting, tile floors, washer and dryer, towels, linens, pillows, water heater and A/C in all rooms and living room / kitchen.

Outdoor: Private patio with green areas. The house is in a private access community and it has 4 free parking spaces.

Also, this home offer a variety of cleaning products, water tank, water heater and solar panels with backup battery for guests conveniences. You can enjoy cooking your own food, making coffee or just watching Netflix on the Smart TV in this relaxing, bright and spacious open concept home.

The house is very nice and clean. We encountered a few problems but Stephanie was very prompt to address the issues. The house is within walking distance from the beach but to get there, one has to cross a very busy highway, so we didn’t risk it. The house was well stocked with supplies. We found that the double bed that is part of a bunk bed was very difficult to use. It would be hard to use for anyone with any mobility issues. The house would be much better with two queen size beds instead. We enjoyed our stay.

The hosts are very nice, very accommodating to adding an extra night to stay! They reply very quickly which helps if there is any issues. They had a good guide of local restaurants/things to do. They have chairs, and beach toys available as well.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Luquillo! Very clean and comfortable house that has amenities such as chairs and towels to use at the beach. Close to beaches, El Yunque national forest, and lots of great restaurants. The host answered questions quickly, which we appreciated. We had a great stay!

Had a great amount of light, hosts were very accommodating and answered questions quickly. Location is ideal with the Kioskos being a minute drive from the property. Gated community helps you feel secure. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Nice backyard to sit in.

A must stay in PR

My family and I were vacationing for a week in Puerto Rico, we decided to stay in luquillo for our trip. our vacation was amazing and this house was perfect for our family. We had an issue with our arriving flight that got delayed and Stephanie was communicative and super accommodating even though it was the airlines fault! The house had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen and a nice cozy backyard that was more than enough for us. It was a gated community so it made us feel even more secure, and just a 3 minute drive from the kioskos in luquillo and the most beautiful beach we’ve been to. It was about a 30-40 minute drive to San Juan. We were close by to the rainforest and alot of excursions that we booked around the house that were about a 10 minute ride. We were able to make good use of the kitchen on certain days as eating out for a family of 5 gets expensive sometimes. Stephanie made sure if we ever needed anything to reach out! All in all we were super pleased with our stay and accommodation. Thank you guys for being great hosts !

Central Location in Luquillo and Near Fajardo

Property was just as pictured-beautiful and in great condition. The communication with hosts from beginning to end was exceptional. It was a great, clean, and comfortable place to come back to after being out all day around Luquillo and Fajardo. There are tons of things to do and all within 15-30 minutes from the house. Will visit again when visiting east of the island!!

Stephanie was a joy to work with. Always responsive and helpful with any requests and her clear communication was much appreciated. Our intergenerational family of 7 (including a small dog) felt comfortable and safe. The owners had a small cage that was helpful for our furry family member. The neighborhood is perfectly located to the kioskos and El Yungue Rainforest, the bay and so much more!

Awesome Caribbean Vacation

My wife and 15yo twins just spent an awesome spring vacation in beautiful Puerto Rico! Stephanie’s house is beautiful inside and out. It’s located in a gated community which both provides security and reduces the amount of traffic. The kids lived walking the neighborhood, stopping to talk to some of the neighbors and petting all of the cats. The house is plenty spacious and provides all of the items needed for cooking meals, as well as plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, some snorkeling gear, board and card games, as well as Netflix and Prime TV if the kids can’t go without their accustomed screen time quota. The house is in a great location, just a 3 min drive or 10 min walk to our favorite beaches Luquillo and Balineario La Monserrate with warm, clear, and calm water. We walked down to the Kioskos one day, seeing chickens, ducks, iguanas, horses, and a lone egret along my the way. The house is also super er close to El Yunque and all of the outdoor adventure activities, ATV/UTV, zip lining, horseback riding, snorkeling trips, etc. We did the UTV and snorkeling trip to Vieques Island. Next time we plan to do ziplining, ATVs, and visit Playa Flamenco for on Culebra Island. Can’t forget to mention how helpful Stephanie was on our arrival, the whole island had just lost power and Stephanie contacted me to inform me of this and also to let me know the house has solar panels and Tesla batteries, so we were never affected during the outage outage which lasted 24 hours.

Spring break with our daughters and some of their friends.

Our first trip to Puerto Rico and it was wonderful. Our daughters (21, 19 years plus a couple of their college friends) spent a week in PR with our home base being this beautiful home. We spent a lot of time at the local beaches and kiosks. We hiked El Yukon a couple days . We spent time in San Juan and Old San Juan. This home was perfect for what we needed- a place to get a good nights rest, enjoy some home cooked meals and just decompress between adventures. Stephanie was very communicative and helpful when needed. We would, FOR SURE, recommend this wonderful home. We would FOR SURE, stay there again.

Clean, well supplied, and communicative

This property is close to everything, well laid out, and very clean. It came with everything our family of 4 needed - plenty of cooking tools in the kitchen, beach towels/umbrellas/chairs/toys, and bird games. The check in process was seem less; Stephanie and Christian were very available and welcoming. It is a great price for an excellent experience - if we are in Luquillo again, we will certainly stay here.

Awesome place in Luquillo

This was the perfect location and house for our family vacation to Puerto Rico. We visited Old San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest and several beaches all of which were easy drives from the house. The house is exactly as pictured and described. It is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and beautiful. Our host stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home .

Cozy gat away!

This property is near to everything you need for your trip to be unforgettable. No matter the age there is something for everyone. Beach, shopping, food, cultural experience, ziplining, the only US Rainforest, History unfolding in the eyes of everyone just minutes away from this property. The property was clean and Stephanie responses to our request were fast, and she was striving for nothing less than excellence. She even provided a kennel for my Yorkie. Even though the rooms have no TV, don't worry there are plenty of board games. The property is prepared to a great time at the beach with chairs, two ice boxes, towels and others (did I mention the beach is about 4 minutes away?). The kitchen was prepared to sip hot coffee immediately. For supplies the Fajardo mall is about 15 minutes away. The Kiosks are about 4 minutes away to enjoy an explosion of real east Puerto Rican food. I am looking forward to our next visit. This property is highly recommended.

Amazing vacation!

The house is in a very safe location, close to everything you corks want to do! Within a 20 minute drive of snorkeling adventures, hikes in the rainforest, or lounging on the beach. Super clean and comfortable and the hosts were fantastic!

Wonderful Home!

This a beautiful property, well stocked and comfortable. Very close to several beaches (a mile or two) and to shopping/restaurants. The Luquillo kiosks are across the street. Owner was readily available as I had to contact them related to one minor issue, very gracious and provided immediate guidance. Thank you!

Beautiful home and great location

The hosts are absolutely amazing. We had to switch properties due to ongoing power outages caused by the tropical storm. They were very accommodating. The home has its own solar power and water. It's near the beach and La Parrilla one of Boriken's (aka Puerto Rico) renowned restaurants. The host for the original home and VRBO were awesome, too. However, Stephanie & Christian literally saved our first vacation in nearly 2 decades.

This place is inside a gated community with a garage to park your rental car, the home is beautiful. It's located near Luquillo Beach and the Yunque Rainforest. it also gives you access to the easter part of the island if you plan on visiting Isla Culebra or Vieques by taking the Ferry service from Roosevelt Roads, Ceiba.
