You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Driver, Chef, Maid, & Pool - Full Service

In exchange for the privilege of hosting you, our team has taken care of absolutely everything for you!   
  
Specifically, for all reservations, some of the amenities included are:  
  
1\. Pool  
  
There is a pool in the front of the property that is shared with another listing. Each listing has its own pool schedule and is allotted a minimum of 4 hours of exclusive pool usage EVERY SINGLE DAY. This means that the listings will never share the pool at the same time.  
  
Accordingly, it is available within the following timeframes:  
  
All even-numbered dates (i.e., 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the afternoon (5 PM – 9 PM).  
  
All odd-numbered dates (i.e., 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the morning (9 AM – 1 PM).  
  
Pool will be deep cleaned every Tuesday and Friday  
  
2\. 50% discount in any of our tours around the island  
You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many tours we offer around the island. The 50% discount that we offer are tours to el Yunque National Forest, Hiking to the top of Mt. Britton observatory in the middle of the rainforest, Natural water slides and cliff jumping, Culebra/Vieques Day Trip, Hiking Pico Rodadero, Blue Pool and Sand caves, Hidden Beaches, and more!  
  
All third-party tours (i.e., Jet ski, Boat rental, Zip lining, Horse-back riding, ATV/UTV Rental, etc.) will be paid FULL FARE as they are NOT booked through or via us. These tours are exclusively third-party tours as we do not offer them.  
  
3\. Concierge/Superhost that will take care of you 24/7  
  
From the time you book your reservation to the time you leave Puerto Rico; you will have a team of concierges/superhosts at your disposal! Anything and everything that you want or need for your special time in Puerto Rico (i.e. B-day preparations, chef services, reservations, bachelor(ette) parties, party planning, cakes, balloons, flowers, photographers, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask! We truly can get anything on this island.  
  
After booking, we will send you a list of our tours as well as third-party tours with their respective prices for you to choose for each day that you are in Puerto Rico. Thereafter, we will build you an itinerary of your daily activities down to every hour of the day as well with hyperlinks for you to simply click an book (or we can even book for you if you’d like), prices, instructions, and special requirements for each and every tour.  
  
Additional, for all ELIGIBLE GUESTS, the following amenities are also included.  
ELIGIBLE GUEST is a guest that MUST have both   
  
(a) a NON-DISCOUNTED RATE; plus   
  
(b) an added 18% cash gratuity for all the staff (i.e., driver, cleaner, chef, etc.) due at the time of check in.  
  
4\. Private Transportation in the San Juan Area  
  
Thursdays to Mondays, all eligible guests will enjoy a MINIMUM of 12 hours of transportation services (5 AM to 5 PM+) to/from the property ONLY if it is located within the San Juan Area (see map of coverage). Transportation outside of these hours is available, although for a small per person fee.  
  
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS (OR ASK US TO BUILD YOU ONE) TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.  
  
5\. $5 Brunch  
  
Thursday to Mondays, we will have chef on site to prepare brunch for all eligible guests. Please do not make the mistake of assuming this is some cheap continental breakfast, as you will be impressed by the quality of brunches our chefs prepare (or you can check our Insta @HighSoClub to see for yourself!).   
  
Please note that the brunch service must be reserved BEFORE LANDING IN PUERTO RICO otherwise it is safe to assume it won’t be available as there are LIMITED SPOTS and the $5 payment is to reserve your spot.  
  
Bring the champagne, we got the OJ!  
  
6\. HouseKeeping  
  
Our dedicated staff will make sure your listing’s common areas are cleaned every other day that you stay with us (i.e., take out the trash, wash and dry towels, refill toiletry, etc.)

Amazing Stay and Excellent Service!We had an incredible experience staying at the property! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The driver (Javier) and Host (Hector) were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The airport pickup, driving service and prepared brunch were an added bonus. Our driver (Javier) was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area, making our travels smooth and stress free!

I'm so glad i found this listing. Really made our family vacation one to remember. I hate planning and coordinating trips especially for a big group but the host really took care of that and planned out our whole stay. The staff was so amazing and friendly.

#### Blown Away!

If you are currently looking for properties in Puerto Rico, you can stop your search now. This apartment is the place you want to book! My stay at Punta Las Marías was beyond incredible. Honestly, it was everything we could have asked for and more. I was initially apprehensive by the lack of reviews, but Ricardo immediately made me feel at ease, being prompt with communication and answering all my questions. When we arrived, Hector and Claudia went out of their way to make our time in Puerto Rico memorable. They ensured that we always had what we needed and showed us some genuine hospitality. Hector even drove back one night when the power went out to ensure we were safe and didn't need anything. We took full advantage of the amenities (which I HIGHLY recommend). Claudia prepared two, Instagram-worthy brunches and a five-star dinner with multiple courses. Hector was a fantastic driver and helped us have one of the best beach days ever. We splurged to take a tour through el Yunque complete with natural water slides and cliff jumping, and we had ZERO REGRETS!! In addition to his other talents, Hector ended up being an excellent tour guide, knowing all the secrets to having a perfect experience. We had the rainforest to ourselves for the first two hours and had an absolute blast enjoying the waterfalls. I couldn't have asked for better hosts, better meals, or better accommodations. We were there for a conference, but we walked away having had the trip of a lifetime!!

#### Girls Trip!

Myself and 4 other girlfriends rented the property for a girl trip and birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time! Having access to a chef and transportation made it easy for us to focus on the fun, instead of the logistics. We also had plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Although the other unit was occupied, we never ran into each other in the common spaces. Hector and Larry were wonderful catering to our every request!
