Great until the last day
The house itself is situated in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was clean, and everything was listed in the description. The pool was very clean and it was nice to be able to use it after a long day. Check-in was fairly simple. They also had internet, but it was a little spotty. We were still able to do what we needed to do though. We only had one issue as we lost water on our last day there. The host said it would be back on shortly, but it was off for almost 24 hours until it was time for us to check-out. We weren't able to use the pool, shower, cook (due to needing to wash dishes) and not able to flush toilets. Needless to say, our last day was not a great experience. I still gave 4 stars though because overall it was a nice house, but I think the host should let potential renters know that there is a possibility of losing water for an extended period of time.

Thanks Mark! We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you and your family experienced on your last day, there was work being done in the area and the whole sector including our neighborhood did not have water during this time. The water outage was not something we could have predicted as the water company did not give any warning and this is the only time this has occurred since we’ve been in business. However, we’re so glad you all enjoyed the home and pool and most of your time with us here at Casa Encanto! Thank you!

Great family vacation home!
Jessica was great! The home was beautiful! My family enjoyed our stay! The pool was great! In all this was a great home and host she was very helpful and attentive! I would definitely book again!

A must stay in San Juan!!!
Casa Encañto was the perfect stay for me and my daughters. It is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood and minutes from the highway. We were leery to choose this home due to the lack of reviews, but it's actually a hidden gem due to being a newer listing, and has amazing, gracious owners. We swimming in the beautiful, lighted pool at night after having busy days all around the island. We enjoyed cooking (they have a stove top, microwave, air fryer, electric skillet, and toaster). The beds are comfortable, and you can control the temperature in each room. When we come back to Puerto Rico, this will be the place that we book again (this was our 1st visit, and Jessica provided lots of tips and suggestions for us).
