Located in the prestigious Marbella del Caribe condominium on Isla Verde Avenue, this beachfront condo offers 180° unobstructed ocean views from its master bedroom and living room. ### Beachfront in of Isla Verde W/D Great value

In the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan\`s nicest beach), walking distance to many restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarkets, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1\. Area is very lively. No need to rent a car.  
  
2 bedroom apt with amazing view, washer & dryer, parking, beachfront pool and great rates. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.  
  
Large parties: We have other apartments in the same building also listed on Airbnb. Click on my picture (next to where it says \`hosted by Beatrice\` to find them.

• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street  
  
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.   
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm  
Check-out time is at 11:00 am  
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.  
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.   
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.  
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
