Amazing place for couples, very relaxing and peaceful. Recommend this place for a nice comfortable getaway. Amazing view of the volcano.

Owner and staff very friendly. Entire property is extremely clean. Room was great and views from 2nd & 3rd balconies are amazing. Owner also has a restaurant and bar close by which is also very clean and food and service are very good. We definitely will stay here again.

Nice spot, the pool cool use a bit of treatment / cleaning

Great new hotel, the only suggestions I would have to offer this resort are 1 - to add/include some art in the rooms. The walls were empty/blank...perhaps they are still waiting to add this feature to the rooms but there is so much fantastic art in Nicaragua I would love to see that reflected in the rooms. 2 - landscaping, while the grounds were very neat/tidy I was surprised they did not have more plants with flowers/color as the general area around San Juan Del Sur has a lot of different...

Beautiful spot. Lots of activities. Enjoyed our surf lesson , yoga and the beach picnic. Great staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Rustic, chic and wonderful service. Lots of kids (more than expected). This is fine and not a knock on the hotel but worth noting that there is a louder kids vibe than anticipated.

Pros Amazing, gorgeous, breathtaking private beach with palm trees and white sand, kayaks, hamacs, private spaces for each family. Room concept is really cool, no walls, just screens, we had the forest view one and really enjoyed the plunge pool with the kids. Would recommend this one with kids, it’s close to the main area and they liked the pool. The bed was really comfortable and the room felt new and clean. Employees go above and beyond, my son got sick and they gave us electrolytes and...

This was our second stay here. We came back as it is the place to go if you go to San Juan Del Sur and want to relax and be away from the busy life of town AND there is a beach nearby. Has a Mama Mia vibe to it. Perhaps we were off season, but the food was not as good as our first visit. I kept being promised they would have the peanut butter chocolate bars “tomorrow”, but these delicious bars I enjoyed last time never materialized. I think next time we will try a different place.

I wish I could give this place a low score to keep it off people’s radar, but I can’t keep this gem to myself. Where to start…The staff are all amazing and super helpful. Willing to book horse back riding, taxis or get you set up with a motorcycle rental. The rooms are cleaned daily and there is always someone around to take a food or beverage order. I travelled there with husband and two teenagers. Kids were pretty independent on site. They swam everyday, played in the ocean out front or...

The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!

Amazing well recommended best location walking distance to everything!

Très bel hôtel, Ernesto était très gentil et serviable! Bon déjeuner, belle piscine, belle plage! Plusieurs pertes de courant Message correcte mais pas très bon en ce qui attrait à la pression

Great stay at this property. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and the staff were nice. The included breakfast was so tasty and the restaurant at night had a fun atmosphere and great menu. Its perfectly located in town with anything you need justvsteps away. We had a rental car and they showed us where to street park and everything felt safe. Would stay here again!

A hidden gem! The perfect little getaway. The staff there were so kind and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant! I will definitely be returning!

Love this place 😍

We totally enjoyed our stay. The owner of the hotel could not be anymore helpful, especially as I was sick the day I arrived. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable to assist us in anyway he could. The Hotel is located on the beach and is an idyllic paradise. You are far enough away from the bars, etc that the noise will not bother you. Service was exceptional. Will definitely return. We were there for 3 nights.
