While we did have some communication, their average response time was over 10 days, which made planning difficult and frustrating.On the day of check-in, the host still hadn’t provided the proper check-in information. "Casa Peces is like a Private Resort. Except for some minor repairs I have no complaints. The only reason I gave it a 4-Star is because there was no Air Conditioner and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. The fans are kinda noisy. "

We stayed just two nights after staying near Manuel Antonio and then La Fortuna so we could visit the Blue Falls and have a short drive back to SJO - and then wished we could stay longer. The home is very well stocked, has several cute sitting areas, and is perfect for bird watchers. We really enjoyed a dinner in that the neighbor prepared for us. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations!"
