Short and sweet
Thank you for a beautiful and simple stay, we loved the pool and the jacuzzi, comfortable beds and very friendly staff.

Very convenient access to San Jose. The property is really beautiful and there is art and plants in the common areas. Very cool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The cons aren’t that big of a deal, but here they are…. The listing was for $X (VRBO says I can’t mention amounts), but with all the company fees it ended up being nearly 2x that amount. It is not worth X x 2/night. The pool claims to be heated, but it is not. The hot tub is warmish but do not turn on the jets- they aren’t jets. They just shoot cool air into the water. The breakfast was one of the less delicious/quality that we had during our entire stay in Costa Rica. Beds are comfy and AC works great.

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry you had problems. You are the first reservation we have ever had through VRBO. The pool is solar heated but we keep it a bit cool because it wraps around the Jacuzzi which we keep around 98 degrees F for families. I am not sure what a jet is, if it isn't something shooting ambient air into the water. Most people like our free breakfast, I would love to know where you get a better breakfast for free. Thank you for your constructive comments, we will take them under consideration.
