Exterior of the house is technically shared with another tenant, but you will rarely see them. Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture. Pool is not heated. No air conditioning—portable fans are provided in the living room and bedrooms. Central heating is available for cooler months. Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. House Rules: No access to upper level, deck, or interior stairs No parties or unregistered visitors/guests No smoking indoors Pool Rules (Please Read Carefully): Use the pool at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty.
