Room was just ok. They played super loud music at 7am by pool and we had to call..just kinda weird. Food was just ok but staff was nice. They only had one tequila at the pool and no premium drinks.

We had an excellent stay here. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the resort was kept immaculate. We saw staff working hard at all times and their hard work really showed. Food and beverage options were great, and there were fun activities planned for each day. Front concierge staff, specifically Joel, made our check in and check out super easy. When we needed assistance he was very helpful and attentive! If you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the sun, pool, and beach which is steps away from the pool, this is the place for you. If you are looking for more nightlife and clubbing during your stay, look for a resort instead that is in Cabo San Lucas.

Very disappointed. It should’ve been disclosed during the booking that the hotel’s amenities are limited due to closures of restaurants and buffets. You are selling it as an all inclusive package which is not correct. Please disclose to potential buyers…the true state of the hotel rather than falsely advertising and charging customers full price for something that’s not deliverable! Customers should be refunded for your failure to disclose the compromised and limited availability of amenities as advertised. The front desk didn’t even say if restaurants closures!!!

The resort should have provided shuttle services with what paid to book on Expedia. Tge resort only two restaurants to eat, and lack no swimable ocean made unfortunate. Lack of tv channels to watch, and 45 minute ride into Cabo to pay for. Needless say I wasnt thrilled with resort the service was great, and resort was disappointing.

This hotel has potential, but it's in dire need of a renovation and upgrade. While the staff are friendly, the amenities are outdated, especially the towels which are worn out. The food options also lack variety, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

This resort outside it very clean and well maintained. The rooms are old and outdated. The smell of sewage is strong from the bathroom area and no hand towels. The food is horrible, tasteless and not hot. Nothing seems to be freshly cooked except for the omelet and the fish ceviche. Elizabeth from the restaurant was very attentive and Morse is fantastic with the guest interactions and entertainment, she always had a warm smile and greets everyone very well. The guy at the front desk almost rip us off when we asked for assistance for a taxi cab to downtown his price when from $60 to $50. You are better off using an Uber and if you were as lucky as us, we used the same Uber driver for several trips including back to the airport for $25.00 for 4 people. The nightly entertainment was another disappointment. Nothing special for mother's day weekend. I would not recommend this resort. Future guest, please read the negative reviews because it is very true! Any other review probably were from guest that stayed for free or written by the staff.

My friends and I just returned home from this hotel and are already looking forward to going back. It’s not the Hyatt or the Hilton…lower your expectations, enjoy the value and have a great holiday. Staff are so friendly (especially Beatriz at the buffet) weather was stellar and we met some great people.

Quiet, laid back atmosphere. We never had to vie for chairs on beach or pool areas. The staff - amazing and so attentive. There was entertainment every night and the food was delicious. The property is lovely and so clean. The only suggestion, because it is an older property, would be some updates to better lighting in room bathroom.

Gracias Cristian por la excelente clase de YOGA. El hotel es bonito. El mar hermoso. Es muy relajante. Y, al equipo de entrenamiento; me gustó que hay música por las noches. The staff is hardworking. For Breakfast, our server was Lino. Beatriz was a really nice person who introduced herself to us. For dinner, our server was Ernesto. Breakfast at the buffet: The omelet was delicious, but I got it when the line was short. I liked their fruit selection. Lunch: We would eat at the Luna restaurant by the beach. Our kids ordered French fries. I don’t recommend the pizza. The cheese, sauce and pepperoni is different. I recommend their chicken vegetable soup, Mediterranean poke bowl, ceviche, the chicken enrollado (Chicken wrap), and their tostadas de tinga. Dinner buffet: I loved all their soups. I liked their small but delicious desserts because it’s hard to make room for dessert. Tuesday: Mexican food. I liked their refried beans. Wednesday: Asian food. I liked their grilled chicken and fried rice. Thursday: Italian food. I was not a fan of their pasta, but I liked the Cesar salad and sides. Friday: Sea food day, and we loved it all. Entertainment: I liked their Selena show by Queens Cabo and Rock band. Nice pools. Rooms are not the most renovated, but we requested a large bed, and it was comfortable. Nice view of the stars.

My daughter and I just came back and enjoyed the resort ; very quiet and lots of nice people staying there! The buffet was ok ; breakfast was good but lunch and supper dishes could of been warmer ! Our housekeeper Ester was amazing! The resort was very clean !!

What i like about this property is the convenience around the property!.You can just walk to the mall,grocery shopping and lots of corner stores around!..What I don’t like inside the property is our room,the sink is clogged,the fridge wasn’t working,the people stayed above us were up all night making so much noise, arguing,so we end up changing room and this time we got the top floor room and much quieter!.The food wasn’t that great!.But I liked the margarita de mango drinks!😊

This was an amazing experience. We saw hump back whales, sea lions, an eclipse. The staff, especially Jose bulman, Manuel, Juan, Jesus, Karina, Mr diaz, I could keep listing names. They made us feel like family. Anything we wanted they would help. This was the best Vacation have ever been on Will be back as soon as possible. The rooms were cleaned daily. Bartender Bianca up in the adult pool was top notch service. Also waiter Neri from luna restaurant was also exceptional. Joel in the reception area was very professional. Overall great vacation spot if you're looking for a quiet space.

Found thr staff outstanding and very friendly. The mall across the street is very convenient for cheaper priced items..sunscreen etc. Never a wait for tabme at buffet and almost always a sunbed ariund the pool.
