DO NOT rent here
We book this location in Nov 2023 for 8 days, starting 31 Dec 2023. No communication with the host as to check-in procedures, and one very late response (2 weeks) to a question about transportation to the site. When we arrived, the person at the desk said that we did NOT have a reservation, and that they did not use VRBO, supposedly due to VRBO not paying them. Had to couch surf for the time we were in San Jose del Cabo. VRBO finally did arrange a refund, after a lot of poor communication with their site. The refund was listed as coming from the host, so they flat out lied to us at the desk. Checked other sites, the unit was listed on other platforms, and showing as fully booked. Does not give us a great deal of confidence is anything involved with this business, we will not be using them again. Had to use the star rating, as zero stars are not available.
