"L’hôtel et les installations sont correctes. Par contre le management très mauvais (le service aussi, mais les personnes du service appliquent les consignes de la direction). 1/ Obligation de porter un bracelet en plastique ridicule alors que de toute façon tout est payant … pourquoi pas pour un hôtel bas de gamme tout inclus mais mais pas dans un hôtel de standing. 2/ petit déjeuné inclus mais avec tout un tas de supplément (ça veut dire petit déjeuné payant mais on met gratuit pour faire une accroche marketing). Il manquait la moitié de la commande, oublie par le serveur en cours de route. 3 / Il faut laisser une caution à l’entrée pour rien étant donné que si vous voulez quelque chose il faut le payer sur le champ (rien ne peut être facturé sur la chambre) … Et au moment du Check out toute une histoire, ils ne savent pas comment rembourser la caution sur la carte et n’ont jamais été capable de fournir le ticket de remboursement). La réponse a été vous pouvez nous écrire … Un peu léger. Conclusion, Si vous n’êtes pas exigent sur le service et vous contentez du minimum pourquoi pas, dans le cas contraire choisissez un autre hôtel. "
