The apartment which has beautiful views over the communal pool and garden area has 2 good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and is bright and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. It has a smart tv and its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is just as bright with 2 twin beds and has a modern cosy feel. In between both bedrooms there is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen has its own separate space that over looks the living and dining room. It is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The open-plan living area is bright and comfortable it has a dining table and chairs, sofa, and a large smart TV with international channels including the UK. From this space large glass patio door open out onto a private terrace. This is the prefect place to sit and relax or have a family meal. The complex has a great 18 hole par 72 golf course, a driving range and putting green as well as 24/7 gated security and an onsite restaurant and bar.
