The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel smells horrific, though! There are perfume oil stick jars everywhere in the lobby, and the rooms are so heavily perfumed that you cannot get rid of the smell even after having the balcony door open for an hour. Both of us left the hotel with headaches and sore throats — and we were in our room a total of 6 hours. Please stop perfuming your rooms. These chemical scents are unhealthy for guests with asthma and scent sensitivities, and are completely unnecessary. We might have otherwise enjoyed our stay. The view is terrific and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. But that smell, OY!

This property exceeded our expectations! The view was beautiful. The staff was friendly & thorough when showing you around the hotel. The hotel smelled amazing & was very very clean. All of the spa amenities are included which makes this stay that much more worth it. The property is beautiful & parking was on-site & included in your stay. Breakfast was served every morning & also included in your stay! We loved this hotel!

An Excellent Hotel.
Greeted by a beaming smile from a charming receptionist, we were directed to our room on the second floor. It was large, clean and had everything one would need for a three night stay, including a balcony. The restaurant was equally clean and well laid out with a menu that changed nightly. The only two negative things were the food and the noise from the construction of the swimming pool. Don't get me wrong the food was excellent and well presented but a bit highbrow for someone wanting something substantial. Would I return to this hotel? No not in the low season. Everywhere was shut up for the summer. .There was nothing to do unless you were a walker. But I would recommend it.

Excellent location. Great service. The hotel has a jacuzzi and spa for guests to use, great. You get a voucher for a glass of wine, a great breakfast. Excellent price for this hotel, highly recommended. We had so much fun. It is easy to get from the hotel to excursions in the area. perfect What more can you ask for? Thanks to the hotel staff

Amazing and beautiful hotel, best location in The dolomite’s. The dinner restaurant was not good as we expected, the food was not great. Overall, it was great choice. We spent three nights.

Staff were all good except the dining staff who were very rude and careless. To be fair, two were so bad and rude and one of them (name Jalal) was good. Overall not satisfied with their service mainly during breakfast everyday. On the other hand, amenities were all good but I was hoping they consider adding tissue boxes inside the rooms.

The hotel was modern, clean and well organized and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The wait staff serving breakfast weren't proactive (you had to wave them down every day and ask for coffee rather than them coming to ask if you'd like anything, etc) but they were nice/friendly, so that made up for their lack of taking initiative. The Spa was great and we very much appreciated the indoor Spa amenities! The only thing we really didn't like about our stay were the pillows - hard as rocks and we didn't have a comfortable sleep over the 3 days we were there. This issue (bad pillows) seems common throughout Italy as we only found a few hotels with good pillows. The hotel was walkable to the main town and had a few restaurants nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the XAlp!! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful! The front desk staff were welcoming and did everything with a smile! Luca and Roberto in the bar and dining room were excellent! They gave us suggestions to help with cocktails, wine and meal choices which made our dining perfect! The chef surprised us with he quality and innovation in his dishes, we thought his meals were possibly the best of our two weeks in Italy! The hotel itself was very clean , modern but warm in design. Location… stunning! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!!

This was a delightful property. Very nice for the price. I hesitated to write an unfavorable review, but, unfortunately, we had an issue with them charging us twice for our stay, and have been unable to get it resolved. They would not give us a credit card refund at checkout, the time of the second charge. They suggested an international bank transfer. Dispite initial misinformation on my part, they have had the correct transfer code for the last 2 months. I would like to think this problem is due to both a language barrier and confusion over international bank transfer info, rather than bad faith. However, 2 months is too long to wait for this hotel to remedy their billing error. I will be happy to revise my review once we get our money returned.

Short stay in lovely Hotel in val di fassa
I enjoyed my stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Very friendly staff makes you feel at home. Good breakfast, internet connection, ski locker room (though small). Hotel Located next to a ski lift, very convenient for skiing. town is within 15 minutes walking distance

A cosy hotel with a fantastic view
The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean. We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room. If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift. In all we have had a nice stay and were very happy for this hotel
