Beautiful, comfortable cottage "Sissi", 400 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and fields. In the hamlet Ranza 6 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful garden 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 30 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 15 km, sandy beach "Castiglioncello" 75 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Nearby attractions: Siena 40 km, Volterra 17 km, Firenze 60 km. Please note: main road 30 m from the property.
