Casa Corolla B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Casa Corolla B you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the garden. Casa Corolla B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from San Gimignano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 5.3 km (roughly 3.3 miles) and a grocery store at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles).
Casa Corolla B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Corolla B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with two sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of San Gimignano. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Patio
The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery and of the garden.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has a window.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
