« Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la chambre propre agréable, le spa génial Des points négatifs notables sur l’expérience : le petit déjeuner: le café est à revoir, du jus de chaussette alors que nous sommes en Italie… quel dommage. Personne ne nous a présenté ce qu’il y avait à manger en plus du buffet. La qualité du service ne reflète pas la qualité de l’hôtel et du spa. Le dîner possible est uniquement entre 18h30 et 19h30… des horaires très restreint surtout quand les spa ferme à 19h....

Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. "Accueil montagnard pas très chaleureux (peut-être parce qu'on parlait italien...). Clientèle essentiellement germanique et nordique. L'hôtel organise les tables du petit-déjeuner et nous avons été installés loin des vitres à côté du buffet. Après réclamation, nous avons obtenu une table vue sur montagne dès le jour suivant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le SPA a le mérite d'exister même si pas adapté à la taille de l'hôtel. Les bus ne circulent pas souvent pour rejoindre les pistes. Les Dolomites sont merveilleuses et on a vite oublié ces désagréments "
