This was are second trip to the resort. We last stayed in January of 2023. The good very clean, food was amazing, nice staff, improvements being made to the resort including adding another tower. The bad no chairs available by the pools or beach after 9:45am, beach area very small, short staff which made wait times longer, being sold as a family resort personally feel that it is set up for couples. Based on cost to stay and how busy we will not be making a third trip back to the resort.

The staff was excellent. We always felt safe before and after the Sunday car burning downtown.
No ocean view but we knew that. Traffic was very loud outside our window.
Not all restaurants were open at the same time and schedule for opening was hit and miss.
Room was always cleaned but towels were not changed all the time and face cloth not always provided.

There were a variety of pools and areas for all ages plus a gorgeous beach for walking. Room was small but nicely renovated with lots 8f water pressure fir the shower. Our only concern was having to line up for dinners because they don't have a reservation system.
