Forfaits vacances – San Francisco

For a hostel it was a great stay. I stayed on week days so there was absolutely no music during the night like other reviews have mentioned. There was only one other guest in the room, so pretty quite almost all the time when in the room. Plenty of showers and toilets. Near everything pretty much. 32 minute walk from airport if you don't feel like paying a taxi. Just FYI, there's no Uber on the island.

First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here and never will recommend it. And very bad on Expedia to even advertise them and should absolutely not

There was a maggot in my salad. The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The sink in our bathroom was cracked. Which made on of the faucets/taps leak in our bathroom, there was water all over the floor. We did not know there were two parts to the hotel. The old part and the new part. The elevator in the old part had no air conditioning, it just blew hot air. The new part of the hotel looked a lot better there was air conditioning in the elevators. The food was very limited in terms of choice both restaurants served the same food which was disappointing. I found a worm/MAGGOT in my salad, after seeing that there was no more desire for me to stay so I moved to a new hotel. There was also no temperature control in the shower it was hot or hot. I requested a refund through Expedia and got less than a quarter of my money back.
