Excellent Hotel in Pampanga
Very nice and accomodating staff. Fast in attending needs of their guests. They will make you feel comfortable and safe the whole stay in their place. Safe and nice parking. Relaxing place and accessible to retaurants. Cleanliness is excellent. Highly recommendable place.👍👍👍👍👍

Nice and clean hotel, except it can be noisy at the corridoor as it is not carpetted, sound travels real quickly. Basic amenities are all provided but the hotel needs a good coffee machine. I had to go to Coffee Beans for a cuppacino.

Basic hotel
Expensive hotel with basic accommodation. The price per night don’t match the accommodation. Thin walls you can hear the people next door maybe, not totally fault by the hotel cause some people really do not know they are so loud. The window in our room are so dirty.

My wife and i Booked @ room 215 for 3 nights..1.) Property is new -----a perfect 5Star rating 2.) Room is big,clean and bed is soft,comfortable to sleep.---Perfect 5 Star Rating 3.) Security are very attentive to details as we observed every morning during breakfast time----Perfect 5Star Rating 4.) Complimentary set of breakfast is served and cooked well but i was expecting more of pampanga's best aside from Tocino that they are serving..a longaniza would be great instead of just a sausage and other foodies that Pampanga can bring in the table. a bag of Tea and artificial sugar like splendid or sweet and low for a diabetic guests are missing in the station..----4 Star rating . 5.) Free Shuttel to Sm City is a bonus for this Hotel ---a perfect 5 star for the friendly driver 6.) Receptionist are all nice and friendly from morning to night time..for Ms Gayle thank you for facilitating my Wyndham Membership.and fast tracking the pressing service of my shirts...before our check out time.. Definitely a highly recommended hotel to stay in San Fernando,Pampanga

Rooms are very new and clean. Staff able to reserved the room opposite my kids’, so it was like having 1 long room but it’s really 2 bedrooms. Expedia said max of 4 adults in bedrm. Supervisor tried to charge for the 4th person and argued with customer. Supervisor called Expedia, and agreed not to charge anymore. Arguing is NEVER a good customer service!!! Staff also argued with towels... just towels!!! Lastly, the keycards deactivated the next day, and it caused my son and son-in-law to get stuck in the elevator. Lastly, the rooms are a little bit pricy.

The location was nice. Breakfast can be improved. Choices are limited, no butter available for toast, needs to pre-order, even had to set the time. Needs flexibility. Checking in early requires almost 1/2 day's room pay. Needs to go out if you want lunch or dinner when it's too hot to walk out.

Thank you for sharing your comments here. Since breakfast is serve in set style we have to ask your personal choice and at what time you want it so it will be serve fresh and hot. But the mini buffet that comes with it which is complimentary is open from 6AM- 10AM. Standard check-in time is 2PM for early check-in - yes there is a minimal charge of Php2,500. We have also taken note on your concern with the restaurant inside. By the way, we already have butter available in the buffet. Thank you and we hope to welcome you back soon!
