The staff said there was no other rooms available and would fully refund the stay. I didn’t get a full refund. "

"I had the "Privacy Please" sign on the door, yet someone I assume in housekeeping woke me up by knocking on the door in the morning. When I answered the door, I discovered she could not speak or understand English. Why was she waking me up if she couldn't have a conversation with me? I still don't know what she wanted."
