If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2\. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. It was less than a 10min walk to the Pacific Beach and the city bus route runs right along Mission Blvd making it easy and affordable to get many touristsy spots. The air-conditioning works very good and the bed was really soft and comfortable. I wanted to do water sports and it’s only a 5 minute walk to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc in the bay. I think it’s a pretty good value considering the location to everything which is very walkable. My only complaint is that there was no parking at all when we showed up. No street or paid parking available. The only parking we could find had a 5 hour limit. We came on a weekend when it had dropped into the 70s from consistently being in the 80s so that was probably why.
