If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2\. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The highlight was definitely the stunning bay view – it's absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location couldn't be better, either – you're just steps away from restaurants and coffee shops, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area without going far. The agency was wonderful to work with (I worked with Kathy) – they were responsive, friendly, and made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as promised, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic escape. This place has one room, to include the bedroom, kitchen and a table and chairs. Bathroom is behind the kitchen wall. Great location, steps from Mission Bay beach. Perfect for a couple, close to shopping and Belmont Park. Negatives are insanely tight parking; they should only allow compact cars. Nothing else fits! Amenities as noted, many places to eat within walking distance. Unfortunately, we had some loud guests in the unit above us and there was a constant septic odor emanating from the bathroom drains. Caught this whiff elsewhere in the area so likely a regional problem, not just this place. We asked to check in at noon as we arrived on an early flight and were instead told we could check in at 2:00 (instead of 3:00 per the agreement) even though the place had been vacant for days according to the cleaners. So this was some concession, but not what would have made us happiest and cause us to post a very upbeat comment about host flexibility. But being positive, bed was comfy, TV had multiple streaming services, internet/wifi flawless, clean, well-stocked with dishes, paper products present including coffee filters, ice in the freezer. Place felt safe, access was easy, washer/dryer available with detergent, which we used once. It was fine overall. ##### Bob S. The view was a 10/10\. Waking up to the water front was so relaxing. All the restaurants/ coffee/ and breakfast places were within walking distance, which was great! The distance to the beach side was a short walk across the street and didn't take long at all. My only recommendation is having the property provide either and bike or scooter to have as an option to go places. Other than that, it was a great stay! ##### Rochelle C. Location is perfect, a nice quiet part of the bay (there is a volleyball court outside but generally only used in the afternoon). Sounds from other units can be heard but not unbearable. Bed is super comfy and views are exactly as described.
